Request data deletion
You can ask AVARC Solutions to delete personal data that we control.
How to submit a request
Email info@avarc.nl with the subject AVARC gegevens verwijderen. Tell us which channel you used and which account or contact detail you used when you contacted us.
Do not send passwords
You do not need to include a password or identity document. If needed to handle your request carefully, we may ask you to confirm your identity in a proportionate way.
What we can delete
We will assess your request and delete personal data controlled by AVARC where there is no valid reason to keep it. We may need to retain data required by law. We cannot delete messages or account data held by Meta on its platforms from AVARC; use the options available on the relevant platform for those data.
