If you contact us through the website, we process your name, email address and message. You may also choose to include information about your project or budget.

If you use the calculator's AI chat, the prompts and messages you enter there are sent to OpenAI to generate a response.

Messages AVARC receives through Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp may also include account IDs, account names, WhatsApp phone numbers, message content and conversation metadata. These data may be processed in AVARC's own CRM. These data may be processed in a restricted CRM test environment of AVARC.

We process messages from other channels only if AVARC enables those channels. Data from test messages is used for integration tests authorized by AVARC.

We use data to respond to contact and support requests, follow up on conversations, and develop, check and test integrations. Where relevant, we rely on steps taken at your request before a possible agreement. For communication, support and authorized integration tests, we rely where appropriate on our legitimate interests. We use data for non-essential tracking only where consent has been given; you can withdraw that consent.

Google Analytics is loaded only after you have given consent. We store your cookie choice in your browser's local storage so the website can remember it. To change your choice, clear this website's data in your browser and reload the website to choose again.

We use service providers for services including website hosting, email, CRM and AI functionality. If you use the AI chat, OpenAI receives the prompts and messages entered for that feature. See OpenAI's Privacy Policy. Meta processes messages sent through Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp under its own privacy information. Read it in Meta's Privacy Policy.

Service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Please consult their privacy information for details about any international transfers and the safeguards used for them.

We keep data for as long as needed to handle your request, provide relevant follow-up, carry out authorized integration tests and meet applicable legal obligations. After that, we delete the data or keep it only where required by law.

Where applicable, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Send your request to info@avarc.nl.
