The challenge
Bloemenwinkel.nl was growing as a nationwide online flower shop, but their operations didn't scale along. Orders were manually retyped into the accounting package, shipping labels created one by one, and marketplace inventory tracked separately. During peak periods like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, this process collapsed: errors piled up, deliveries were delayed, and the team spent more time on admin than customer service. The question was: how do you automate the entire chain without abandoning the existing PrestaShop platform?
Our solution
We transformed the webshop into an automated e-commerce ecosystem by building three core integrations. The Exact Online connection synchronises orders, invoices, and credit notes automatically — no more manual retyping. The MyParcel integration generates shipping labels and track-and-trace codes upon order processing with one click. Marketplace connections synchronise the product catalogue and inventory automatically across multiple sales channels. Additionally, we optimised the checkout process and load times for higher conversion, ensuring the platform not only operates more efficiently but also sells better.
