The challenge
The wellness and healthcare sector is heavily fragmented: hundreds of specialists scattered across dozens of platforms, with no intelligent way to find the right match. Users had to manually search, compare, and reach out — a slow and inefficient process. Specialists, in turn, lacked a central data-driven channel to reach relevant clients. Fitr needed a platform that consolidates this market with intelligent automation as its foundation.
Our solution
We developed a platform with AI-driven matching at its core. The lead system analyses user preferences, location, specialisation, and availability to automatically surface the most relevant specialists. Two separate dashboards — for users and specialists — provide real-time insights into leads, conversions, and profile performance. Specialists enrich their profile with certifications and rates, while the system automatically optimises their visibility. The entire platform was deployed as both a responsive web app and native mobile app.
