The challenge
OCS processes large volumes of international shipments daily through a chain of outdated, disconnected systems. The dashboard provides real-time visibility into every shipment and uses rule-based automation to detect deviations instantly and trigger notifications. Stock levels are continuously synchronised and the system automatically signals when action is required. The architecture is built for scalability, absorbing growing volumes without performance degradation.
