For Refront, we built an intelligent automation platform that deploys AI as the core of every business process. The system analyses client communication, auto-generates quotes, manages project tickets, and handles the entire financial workflow — from time tracking to VAT filing — without manual intervention.

Technologies
The challenge
Software agencies and freelancers lose hours each week to repetitive administration: drafting quotes, creating tickets, logging hours, and sending invoices. These processes are not just time-consuming but error-prone due to constant context-switching between tools. The challenge was to build a system where AI doesn't merely assist but autonomously orchestrates the entire journey from client request to payment.
Our solution
We built an end-to-end platform where AI serves as the central nervous system. An NLP engine processes meeting notes and emails, extracts project requirements, and generates structured quotes with hour estimates. Upon approval, the system automatically splits quote lines into development tickets. Through a Cursor MCP integration, the AI can even write code to resolve tickets. All logged hours are automatically converted into invoices via Stripe, while a financial module prepares balance sheets and VAT filings based on real-time transaction data.
